Introducing the First Official 500 lb Club Member

Shoutout to Coach Frank McMahon for securing his spot as the first official member at the 500 lb level.

No - we are NOT accepting applications publicly.

Yet.

I wanted to highlight this milestone that Frank has worked aggressively to achieve.

He’s been patiently putting in the work in the weight room, under the bar, watching his total continue to climb after each training session.

Considering he had never learned to properly bench press, squat, or deadlift after decades of regular exercise and a consistent workout routine…to see both his passion for strength and his performance ability increase significantly in such a short period brings me great joy.

Mark the calendar because he’s looking at the next level late this year assuming the current rate of progress is maintained.

LETS GO FRANK!

This week has been slammed with club submissions to the 1000 lb CLUB. A total of 17 new members from around the world secured their official spots. Starting next week we’ll be presenting an official highlight to congratulate those who were the first official members from their respective countries. This will be a retroactive process that includes some big ticket rewards! If you’re ready to submit your own application for official review, follow the link below.

For those of you unaware, we’ve been taking the time to showcase the submissions of qualified club members on our official social media pages. We’ll likely incorporate a regular weekly round-up of the highlights that have made the cut. You’ll see the lifter’s application clips that were sent in along with a caption that shares a snippet of their story. This passion project has taken off in ways I could have never imagined, as our community continues to expand around the world. Below you’ll meet Tyler, Jimmy & Thomas. Enjoy!

That’s a wrap on another week with a STRONG finish.
